Needle Valve Samplers

Hermetically sealed.
Easily metered sampling, ideal for high pressure and high temperature applications.
Spring Return "Dead Mans Handle" for manual operation or pneumatic actuator on request.
Glandless, sealing is achieved by a heavy duty bellows with additional safety stuffing box.
For slurries, a laterally inclined or horizontal valve stem is recommended.
Nitrogen Purge/Flush Nozzle available to clean all wetted parts after sampling.
ISO GL45 bottle connection.
Materials: 316L s.s, PFA lined 304 s.s. with PTFE elastomers. Can also be made from Hastelloy® .
