Flare Systems

Light the flare and keep the pilots burning, measure and analyse the gas going to the flare, and keep liquids and flames out of the flare line, on refinery and petrochemical flares.

Measures: Flare ignition · Pilot flame monitoring · Flare gas flow · Gas composition · Knock-out drum level · Flame arresting

Flare & Pilot Flame Monitoring

Fixed thermal imagers watch the flare and the pilot flames day and night and in rain or fog, giving operators a second check alongside the pilot thermocouples.

Flare Gas Analysis

In-situ TDLAS laser analysers measure gas composition across the pipe or stack in seconds, without taking a sample. A typical use is watching for oxygen getting into the flare header.
