Flare stacks are usually a long way from the control panel, and long cable runs normally weaken the spark. The XEC03H is designed for exactly this case: it produces a strong spark at the ignition rod with up to 500 m of power cable. The housing is resin-filled, so it stays waterproof outdoors. It’s intended for mounting in electrical panels for ground and elevated flares, and TESI can supply it in ATEX-certified enclosures for hazardous areas.
