TESI is an Italian specialist in industrial ignition, based near Milan, with more than 30 years’ experience supplying petrochemical, chemical and energy companies worldwide. It designs and builds high energy and high voltage ignition systems, ignition rods and spark tips, portable igniters, gas pilot burners and complete flare ignition packages.

High energy ignition lights gas, light oil, diesel and heavy fuel oil reliably. It isn’t affected by moisture, water or combustion deposits on the tip, and it can often replace a traditional gas pilot altogether. TESI power units are available in safe-area or ATEX/IECEx certified explosion-proof enclosures, and all TESI products are CE marked.

What Ronsor supplies

• Burner ignition: XEC high energy power units (standard, heavy duty and solid state), ignition rods and replaceable spark tips, armoured ignition cables and pneumatic retraction units.
• Pilot burners: TP series gas pilot torches from 2 kW to 600 kW, with built-in ignition and optional flame ionisation.
• Flare ignition: complete systems with automatic re-ignition control boxes, long-distance ignition modules and flare pilot torches with Flame Front Generator (FFG) connection.
• Portable igniters: battery-powered units for back-up or emergency ignition, including an ATEX version.

TESI systems are largely built to order: rod length and diameter, enclosure type, fuel and mounting are configured for each burner. Ronsor’s engineers will work through your burner or flare details with you and specify a complete system.
