Faure Herman builds high-accuracy flow meters. Its newest, the FH Sonic (2025), is an inline multi-chord ultrasonic meter for custody transfer of liquids. Its clamp-on ultrasonic meters include fixed and portable Minisonic units and the UF821 fixed meter. Its Heliflu helical turbine meters are used for custody transfer and demanding hydrocarbon measurement.
Portable clamp-on meters are also a practical way to check flow or verify an installed meter without cutting into the pipe.
